The Stadtpalais Silver Braid Pendant

The surface of this pendant does something that stops you mid-sentence — silver strips woven over and under each other in a tight herringbone braid, framed inside a clean circular border. It looks like basketwork. It looks like textile. It looks like neither, because it is metal, and it does not move, and yet somehow it feels like it should.

The oxidised finish deepens every gap between the strips, giving the weave shadow and dimension. Up close, each strip catches light differently depending on the angle — some bright, some dark, the whole surface shifting as you move.

Round, deliberate, and a little unexpected. The kind of pendant that earns a second look without asking for it.
