Before returning a Pataaka product, please note that our items are handcrafted by
skilled artisans from all over the world making each piece unique. Slight variations in stones and design are natural and add to the uniqueness of the product.

Each item undergoes quality control before shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on our website www.pataakshop.com. All purchases are final. 

Returns and exchanges are **only accepted** if your order was damaged in transit
or if you received an incorrect item. To be eligible, items must be returned exactly as received—unworn and in their original packaging.

Steps for Making a Return:
1. Notify Us: Email us at info@pataakashop.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide a Photo & Video : Attach a photo & video of the damaged or incorrect item in your email. Our Quality Control (QC) team will review it and decide if the product is approved for return.
3. Return Window: If approved, you may return the item within 15 days from the
receipt date. Note that exchanges are only allowed if goods are damaged or
defective, and you must notify us within 3 days.
4. Return Collection: Once authorised, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you and return it to us.
5. Refund or Replacement: Brand Pataaka will either replace the damaged item at no cost or issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds cover the item cost and shipping fees and are processed after the item is returned in its original packaging.

Please note: We are not liable for any returns not reported within 24 hours of receipt. 

Refund Policy:
Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • If an incorrect item was shipped to you.
  • If there is a genuine quality issue and the product is damaged.
  • If the package is lost in transit (must be reported within 15 days of order date).

No Refunds Will Be Given for the Following:

  • If the item is not faulty or damaged
  • If the package was refused by the recipient
  • Incorrect or outdated address, or if a PO Box address was provided.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • Sizing issues; please review our size guides carefully before purchasing.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor variations in color and design, as all products are handmade using natural stones.
  • Damaged products for returns not reported within 24 hours of receipt.

As your payment is completed online; at the time of purchase, all refunds will be
processed through our Payment Gateway, as applicable.
