1. What materials do you use in your jewellery?
At PATAAKA, we use only the finest materials:
- Sterling Silver (92.5%), often recycled
- 18k Gold & Gold Vermeil, responsibly sourced
Natural Gemstones, Pearls, and DiamondsWe’re committed to purity, authenticity, and sustainability.
2. Are the gemstones and diamonds real?
Yes, all our natural gemstones and diamonds are genuine and ethically sourced. From luminous Akoya pearls to radiant amethysts and opals, every stone is handpicked for its natural beauty and energy.
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately not, currently we are shipping only within EU.Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. More information on shipping can be found here - Shipping
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
- India orders: 3–7 working days
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. For any questions regarding your order please reach out to us at care@pataakashop.com our dedicated team will help answer your questions.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to love your PATAAKA piece!
If you're not fully satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unworn, with the security tag and in original packaging
Email us at care@pataakashop.com to initiate a return or exchange.
6. What if my jewellery arrives damaged or defective?
Oh no! We’re so sorry.Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
7. How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery sparkling:
- Store it in a dry, soft-lined box
- Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water
- Use a gentle polishing cloth to clean

8. Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes — all PATAAKA jewellery is nickel-free and crafted with sensitive skin in mind. All are earring posts are either in 925 silver and in some pieces in 14 or 18k gold.
9. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Yes, we do!At checkout, simply select the “gift wrap” option and add your personal message — we’ll take care of the rest, beautifully.
10. Can I customise a piece or request bespoke jewellery?
Absolutely. If you’re dreaming up something special, we’d love to make it come to life.Please email your request to hello@pataakashop.com with details.
