- Orders can be shipped to a single address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
- We aim to deliver items within 15 business days, including processing time. However, some orders may take longer if we need to source natural gemstones, depending on availability.
- Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
- Any undelivered parcels should be reported within 15 days of the order date.
- Our endeavour is to ship all items in the same order together; however, this may not always be feasible due to product characteristics or stock availability.
- If we are unable to deliver your full order within 15 business days, you may request a cancellation of any remaining unshipped items. A refund will be issued for the undelivered items based on your original payment method.

INSURANCE:
Each order is insured while in transit until it reaches you. A signature and proof of ID are required upon delivery, transferring responsibility for the goods to you. If you specified an alternate recipient for delivery (e.g., as a gift), their signature and photo ID will also serve as evidence of receipt.
